Hi, yes you are right that a small mistake can delay things..but in my case.. theres nothing that would cause a delay. I ask everytime if something is wrong with my docs or have i missed on something (which i know i did not) and the nvc agent says that everything is looking fine, just your ds260 form needs to be reviewed. So, from my end everything is clear. The mess is happening from their end and all they can say is tht they cant do anything! Even though it frustrates me, i never lose my cool because I just cant spoil it any further. Even i got a very nice CR last night, she tried to connect me to a supervisor but no one was available to talk at the moment. I used to call once a week but now i will be callin twice or thrice. This isnt fair :'(

And dont worry, your case will be complete before ur PD becomes current! Just keep calling them, and whtever was missing in ur file, just send it asap and then call nvc to confirm once they receive it. All the very best!

Received CC email this afternoon... Hope to have IL soon.....and good luck guys who are patiently waiting!

Now, it feels like tired,nervous and hopeful.im too excited to get cc...in GOD's will..do u think guys i can have it this week?

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

@amna-h..what is the status of ur case? Is there any good news? Me im still hoping to get cc after 20 days of 2nd scandate..just like susdan7's experience..

Not yet. Hopefully you shall be getting it done soon. Atleast u knw u have a new scan date. I am not told anything. It has been forwarded to the supervisors review but no outcome as yet

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

@amna-h - Have you heard anything from the NVC about your case? I am in the same situation and they are not saying anything except it will take upto 42 days and even I spoke with the Supervisor on Sep 12th and she said she is going to send an email to DR team and let them know that there are some documents that needs to be reviewed and again today they are saying that yesterday that is on Sep 22nd they sent an email to DR team I don't whats going on at NVC I am really tensed.

Nothing is impossible for DR...let's assume if data is really lost there must be another action plan like:

Documents should rescanned.

New DS-260 should be re-issued.

Put them in priority que and a dedicated supervisor check them directly review and mark it complete.

Schedule interview @local embassies.

Things can be managed in 15 days...

Yes Qazze you are right I am really confused about this NVC process how does they work and how come only some of the applications go out of the Queue :( and its really sad that I don't know how many people are suffering because of that stupid website issues that happened in May.
