I send I 130 in april 2015. I m going india nxt month will stay there wd my husband for nxt few months .my question is can i stay there for few months while my I 130 is in prosses? I appreciate if somebody can help me.

yes you can. Your petition is a Nebraska service center it will take them a while to approve your petition .It will take a lot longer then 2 or 3 months for them to approve your petition. If you can, check your case online from there in case you get an RFE. but you will have time to reply to an RFE.

You can visit as long as you like. Just keep an occasional eye out for any update to your case status online.

And depending on your India visa type, you may want to look into any registration requirements applicable to "long-term" foreign visitors.
