Hi Guys

So we are working on submitting docx to NVC. Can you please have a quick look on the documents submitted? Did we miss anything?

- Form I-864 (signed and dated)
- 2014 Tax Transcript
- 2013 Tax Transcript
- 2012 Tax Transcript
- Letter of Employment
- Pay stubs from the most recent seven months (Oct. 2014 – April 2015)
IV Packet
IV bar coded cover sheet
- Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)
- Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport
- Photocopy of the birth certificate of beneficiary
- Photocopy of beneficiary’s citizenship
- Photocopy of translation of beneficiary’s citizenship.

Note : Do we need to send evidence of relationship to NVC? As i read we don't need to but then i also read that USCIS won't send anything to NVC so how will Embassy have those info ?? Any thoughts

You don't need copies of citizenship.

You can send evidence if you choose so the CO will bee it before interview.
