They still haven't opened my second fee up and my sponsor just needs to be a household member instead -_-

I was EP, with a scan date of April 2nd .

wow!!..so you got a checklist for the IV fee and your joint sponsor needs to be a household member? Please correct me if I'am wrong.

You should speak to a supervisor, i have seen members being able to pay that fee at the point of interview. Also, joint sponsor does not need to necessarily a household member.

My case status just became Ready does that mean the papers are in the consulate already?

Yes i believe it is.

Well I got a checklist May 5th, EP .

:(

Aww sorry BellaRose is correct you need to have to talk to a supervisor to clear this up and maybe just maybe you can bring it to the interview

Off the phone with NVC,after i promised to just let things flow on its own :clock:

30 day speech, rep told me to try next week or the following

Hope is what keeps me sane..

The fee should open up here in the next few days being electronic it has taken longer for it to open, and well I use to have a different adress from my parents then I moved overseas to give birth and wait out the rest of it so my address I put as theirs and used my dad as a co sponsor and my mom as a household member but they said cause we all have the same address he just needs to be a household member . Easy 3 paper fix and since I'm still waiting on them to fix this fee I can't be super upset. Just a little annoying . -_- Edited by Morganalmonshid94

So I called to NVC to confirm whether its checklist or not after CC. They told me that beneficiary has to bring the police certificate at the time of interview even though we sent them. Is it normal?

Yeap, so it is up to date.

All the photocopies that you sent NVC you need to bring the original copy at the interview, so yes its normal dont worry :goofy:

Thanks! I've been keeping my eye on you too as we had similar scan dates at some point...your time will come!! It seems to happen for me on the days when I just relax & stop worrying every second! Yesterday I wasn't feeling well & had a lot going on & believe it or not nvc wasn't the only thing on my brain!! Lol. Then this morning there it was!!
