so we sent in our I-130 and we did received our email and I-797c I believe. I also believe the estimated wait time is 5 months? my main question is checking the case status online, does it ever change or will it always say case status recieve. we recieved on this day if you dont get your I-797c on this day then call etc etc etc.........I know I am kind of impatient. Ive been living out of country for a couple years with my spouse. Just ready to go back and start our lives there.

It does not really change unless you get an RFE ( hopefully you will not get one ) or the petition is approve which will be your NOA2
