My fiance's son will not be coming to the states with his father, although the child is listed on the I-129f form. The child lives with his mother full time in another province and the two parents have never had any formal court orders regarding custody. My fiance has paid child support each month on schedule without any problems. They have pretty much just worked out the details between themselves and never needed to get the courts involved.

Does anyone know if any documentation regarding child support or custody will be needed at the interview?

If the child is NOT going to the US then no you don't need anything. If the child were going with you, then you'd need documentation from the birth mother allowing the child to leave Canada.

There is no need to bring anything in regards to child if the child is not accompanying the beneficiary.
