Pls help, is the G-325a needed for the child of fiance?

If you are speaking of the initial petition submission (I-129F)? Then the answer is NO.....

You need to explain the situation more fully. Is the child going to accompany your fiancee? Is the child going to follow within a year and need to apply for their own green card subsequent to your marriage? The questions can change the answers.

The daughter will accompany my fiance at the same time, so all events are to be simultaneous. thx, Rob
