Honestly, I never really had a problem with calling them. Sure you wait a while and you have to call multiple times, like hit redial consistently, but most people I talked with were helpful.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

I always have the best luck after 9 pm eastern. If your case follows the timeline that mine and a few others have then you should already have the case # when you call and your packet should be there next week.

My timeline....and I know of two others that are almost exactly the same. You're almost there!!!

NOA 2 3/20/15

Sent NVC 3/27/15

Received NVC 4/3/15

Sent to Phils 4/9/15

USEM Phils Rec 4/13/15

Hello. My fiance called nvc yesterday morning and his call was answered by a very disrespectful employee. Anyway, the agent said they still dont have our case yet and to call on April 29 (35 days after our NOA2). I guess TSC has a different timeline when it comes to sending cases to NVC and CSC is a little bit delayed...

There is a really rude lady during the daytime. I always get her when I call during the day, that's why I started calling at night.

Oh gotcha. I'll tell my fiance to call at night. That agent ruined his day yesterday and i dont want that happening again for the next days (or weeks). Thanks!

The lady agent also told my fiance to call after 35 days. I was just wondering how come some have a fast processing while others take time? Saw some updates that they got theirs already but we received our NOA2 earlier. Anyways, best of luck to us. I hope we all get approved and be with our loved ones.:)

I believe the timelines you saw, with NOA2 later than ours, who already got their case numbers are from TSC. CSC seems to be slower than TSC during this part of the process.

I really don't think we need to wait 35 days after NOA2 to call again. Hang in there, we will get our case numbers soon. :)
