That my case hav e been approved that its d embassy in nigeria that's saying no availability of visa yet.Have beeen waiting for years now.hw long those it take for a sibling to file for some one..cos its 10yrs already

Hold up lets stop fr a minute. What exactly have you got? Are you saying you got approval from USCIS that your I-130 petition is approved?

If so it is not on ts way to embassy its on its way to NV where you have another few months of processing than you wait for your priority date to become current than a interview. Right now the Visa bulletin is processing dates 15JUN02 and before. So es a 3 more years wait.

Your case will probably sit at NVC a year or 2 before you can start processing. But you should start reading up on the NVC process so you know what to do when time happens.

You haven't paid fees yet have you? Or received an email of your case number (would start with LGS). You have some more work to do before you get to embassy.
