Alien Number is in your NOA2 approval notice of your I-129F. DOS number is the case number that NVC assigned for your case? If yes, then why do you need this case number? NVC sent to my husband( USC) a letter when the my file forwarded to Embassy and it has the case number on that letter. I also receive a letter/ package/ interview letter from US Embassy which also has the case number. If you or your husband does not keep those letters, then you can try to ask NVC and I am not sure whether they tell you. Again, why do you need DOS number?
