Hi i submitted all documents and aos and iv fees yesterdat i submitted ds 260 but later i receive this check ____1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application;

My question is: I already submitted DS-260 which is called Immigrant Visa Application with all original documents, do I need to ignore this Checklist?

How do I know they received my DS-230, although UPS is showing it is being delivered.

Thanks

Why did you send a DS-230? That form is no longer used in spousal visa cases, the online DS-260 replaced it.

It could be a false checklist.

However to double check, you sent a photocopy of the beneficiary birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate etc? Did you separate it from the AOS form and documents in any way?

You have already filled out and submitted the DS-260 ONLINE only, correct? Double check the date of the checklist to see if it is before or after you submitted the DS-260. And double check that your DS-260 (IV application) was indeed submitted and not just saved for later.

Then ignore the checklist because you have now submitted what they're asking for.

You indicated you already sent that information. It doesn't matter if the documents are received first or if the DS-260 is received first, the only thing that matters are that they are received so the case can move forward.
