Arggh!!!! I've reset my password 4 times now and it still says that I've had too many failed login attempts and/or no account activity and so I'm still locked out. I even called USCIS and they told me to change my browser but it still doesn't work!!!

Our RFE reply was received by

CSC today. Fingers crossed for a quick NOA2 now!!!?

The RFE was because we only sent one Letter of Intent, hopefully that is the only reason I'm pretty sure it is. But I guess I'll know in about a week because that seems to be how long it takes to get the hard copy in the mail with the specifics.

January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 17, 2015 Filed I-129F

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

July 21, 2015 Case "Ready" at Bogota CEAC.

July 31, 2015 Packet 3 Received

Aug 14-21, 2015 4th and final trip to Colombia (at least for a year or so) to be there for interview !!!!

Hi. I have a question. I made a profile for uscis case status and it's under my name and address as the beneficiary. My question is where are they going to send the hard copy of NOA2? To the Petioner's address? Or to the address that I put in my profile at USCIS case status checker. Thanks. Appreciate ur answers.

Well got a text notice today saying your case has been updated. Maybe..ohh maybe..but NO!!! RFE now have to wait for the hard copy to see what they need...Well atleast they touched the damn papers..lol

They should send it to the petitioners address.

I don't think that the case status account set up does nothing more than send out an e-mail or a text when the infos changed. It shouldn't affect any of the info on the forms that were sent, which is how they're getting their information from.

Sorry to hear that, GDubyaa. But somehow it is a good thing atleast they are working on your case... NOA2 should be quicker after your RFE reply. keep us updated on the RFE details once you receive it. Good luck! ?

And after 62 days we have received our text NOA2 at 10:30pm EST to say we have been approved!!!!! Woohooooooo, I'm ecstatic!

I've been seeing people post about their NOA2 for days, weeks now wishing it was me, feeling like I was definitely going to be the one to get rejected, or lost between the desks, as we all feel during the wait... but today my fiancee texted me (weirdly enough, he figured it out before me and I'm the US citizen) and we got our NOA2! Here's to hoping we can get everything done and settled by September! Congratulations to everyone who received theirs and I hope that everyone waiting receives theirs as soon as possible!

I was definitely feeling the same way! I'd anticipate the evening, and then be disappointed when I still had nothing.

Congrats on the NOA2! I'm hoping to have my life here wrapped up by the end of September, and be there by my birthday October 7th. My lease is kinda up at the end of September so it would be superb timing!
