As long as you can prove that you married in good faith and have proof of a legitimate marriage you can divorce and remove conditions on your own

It can be very stressful coming here, adjusting to the culture and trying to get on your own two feet. This can cause stress on your relationship. You just got your greencard. You need to give it time.
