Did you get a refusal notice or a request for evidence notice (RFE)? they are different things. If they are asking for additional evidence, then it doesn't sound like a refusal. Your PD is May 2014 -

Ya abg, I got case number on 05/05 and also got my NVC welcome letter but still same error message... so i will call them again on Monday.. Lets figure it out...

Congratulations! i wish you all the best.

Hi everyone

Our visa interview experience:
Arrived at the embassy around 7am and joined the queue. At 7.30 they started calling people with 8am appointments to form a separate queue.

A pre-screen officer checked passport And directed to go through security. After that, went in to the embassy and at reception handed in the interview letter and was given the number i-901. This number is the ticket number and will be called on a large screen. By this time a lot of people with other categories were also waiting and being seen. After about ten mins at 8.10 am I was called to the counter to submit all original docs to a pre-screener and get finger prints done. I also submitted two photos.
Then I was asked to wait again until my number was called.

After waiting for about 45 mins and at 9am I was called back to the counter and this time it was the CO. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The CO asked the following questions:

When and where did you meet?
When did you physically meet for the first time ?
Where is your spouse from originally?
How long has your spouse been in the states?
What university did your spouse attend in the states?
Where is your spouse currently living?
When do you intend to travel to the states?

That was it and then she said everything looks good and that the visa has been approved.

Thank you so much everyone for the support, the advice and encouragement for this past year and a half. I know I wouldn't have been able to maintain my sanity had it not been for this family. Thank you Habel, Sbai, hope wings, Sam, susdan and everyone else that has been with me or following this journey. Good luck to everyone who is getting through this journey and I hope our paths cross some time in the future.

Thank you Sbai2000. She went today but they could not interview her. He told her he cannot access her files on the system and he need to call Washington. He does not know if it is quota problem or something else. They did not take any document or fingerprint her or anything. What does it mean? I do not think it is quota problem :cry:

you will get an email when they scan your package and usually they say 30 days but they mostly complete before that.

wow...its hard to believe that Morrocco has reached its country quota already....im guessing that your ceac account is saying your case is ready?

Could it be just a system problem with the morocco embassy...I read somewhere that they were upgrading their system - or something like that. This is really, really perplexing.

Did they say when they would be contacting your wife to follow-up/reschedule etc...?

I guess anything is possible...but I would have expected that if it was still the June glitch problem, that it would have also affected the lady who got approved before your wife.

Hopefully, your wife will be persistent and keep calling the embassy until she gets rescheduled or at least the problem is explained to her. She should not relax about this because we are fast approaching the end of the VB fiscal year.

Sure I will keep you up to date. I am suspecting the glitch because even during the glitch there was some people who can access payment and ds260 and others do not that's why. I sent them an email today asking them for info and I am waiting their response. Friday will probably have an early leave as here in the US and Monday is holiday.

Sorry to hear that . I will call them today. I wish I had not ut it on supervisor review. do you know if we can call the supervisors to take it?

wow. congratulations. I am happy for you.

I called on thursday and I talked with a supervisor and she said I need to wait up to 42 days, I told her can you plaese review it and she said no :(. she was so rude ..

how did you get CC? did you call them to review it for you or did you just wait and got it? seems they work on weekend:D

what do you think I should do? I am so stressful to get another checklist :(
