Two separate Air Force planes used for trips.


As do his wife, kids and dog!! Everyone living rent free...

terrible isn't it. i hear he lives in the white house too. RENT FREE.

Ain't that the truth. The real problem is what to do with the money.

And you have mainly(not only, but mostly at the moment) the FED to thank for that. By encouraging risky investments that would supposedly create a "wealth effect" and "stimulate" the economy they are basically punishing savers.

Who want's to save money when the interest rate is so so so so low.

It is time to invest in houses, We will never see rates this low in our lifetime.

IMHO home prices are not done going down. The time to invest will come but patience is needed.

IMHO home prices are not done going down. The time to invest will come but patience is needed.

Going down? Home prices have been rising steadily for a few years now. There is a home shortage going on right now. There are 3 or 4 buyers for each home on the market causing bidding wars, and homes are selling for more than asking price. Home prices are going nowhere but up.

See the peak on that chart in mid 2006? See that we are still under that peak? That's called a downtrend.

See the rise since early 2012? That's a correction. It's still within the larger trend down.

So no, they are not done going down. I am well aware that they have been rising for a few years.


Going down? Home prices have been rising steadily for a few years now. There is a home shortage going on right now. There are 3 or 4 buyers for each home on the market causing bidding wars, and homes are selling for more than asking price. Home prices are going nowhere but up.

I see you still do not understand what a trend is.

Even if it were to be the opposite - up and then down - the trend would still be up.

You are misleading people who read what you say to think that house prices are actually on the rise, rising, whatever. When they go past their 2006 peak, that might be true. For now, it is false.

Part 2: What is the correct term for an increase in house prices between the bottom and the 2006 price levels ( if not "on the rise")

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

If a house sold for $500K in 2010 and it sells for $600K today, the price went down.
