Hi my question is this ,if we can married within 90 days do we have to file for AOS within 90 as well?

Strictly no but it is highly recommended you do so.

It is only a requirement to marry within 90 days of entry on a K-1 visa. It is not a requirement to file AOS during that time frame.

It is, however, highly recommended to file AOS as soon as you are able to after your marriage.
