Mabrouk on your marriage! For the medical exam did the doctor in Tunisia provide you with a a copy of the medical report/vaccine and xrays you gave to the Embassy? We submitted the vaccine record with our paperwork for the AOS. Just make sure if you do have a copy of the vaccine record that all applicable vaccines are checked off. The one for varicella(chicken pox) was marked as not readily available so my husband had to have it verified by a civil surgeon here that he had the antibodies in his system.

Just to clarify' the vaccination form is the 3025 form. If this is complete, you should be fine with it. If it is not complete, you may need to get another medical, or at the very least, get your vaccines completed at clinic and have the civil surgeon transcribe it on a new 3025. In my wife's case, her 3025 was not complete, so she ended up getting another medical (i693) to get the AOS package completed.

Good Luck!
