Resident since 05-21-2009 field office is Phoenix AZ

You're sending your application to the Phoenix lockbox, but do you actually live in Phoenix? The local office will be the office that has jurisdiction over the area where you live I'm just asking because your profile says you're in Aurora Colorado which probably means that your field office in Denver.

You can find your field office here: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

If your field office is Denver, then you will send your application to Phoenix, but you'll have your biometrics appointment, your interview, and your oath ceremony in Denver.

Hello, thank you for the response. I am on the site now and there are multiple selections. Am I only suppose to print out the Return transcript? There's also the account transcript and record of account transcript?

Also, since my husband is the one applying, should I be sending in his information ( like creating a profile for him) or will mines be ok since we filed together?

1) You have to have it translated.

2) You can request transcripts online for free... I'm not sure what the link is, but you can search the IRS website or someone on here will tell you.

3) You can request a status information letter from the Selective Service System. Your print out might be ok, but better ask for the letter in case your interviewer is picky.

4) Fill out the info for 3 years. Just note on the application that that's what you've done or tell the interviewer (it's what they expect, but always better to state the obvious with USCIS).

After signing in, and I would do so under your husband since he is the one requesting them (creating an account is optional and I am not for certain that signing in under you are him makes a difference but I'd play it safe) it asks you to "select reason" in a drop down box. After making a selection it then tells you the one it recommends.

For immigration it recommends "return transcripts".

N-400 Timeline:

03/27/15 - Packet sent to Dallas

03/30/15 - Packet delivered

04/01/15 - Received text and email notification of application acceptance

04/02/15 - Check cashed

04/06/15 - Received NOA of packet acceptance via mail

04/18/15 - Received NOA for Biometric via mail

04/30/15 - Biometric completed

05/04/15 - Received email notification: "in line for interview"

05/14/15 - Received email notification: "interview has been scheduled"

05/22/15 - Received NOA for Interview via mail

07/10/15 - "Recommended for approval" at interview

07/21/15 - Received email notification: Oath ceremony scheduled

07/24/15 - Received NOA for Oath Ceremony via mail

08/20/15 - Oath Ceremony

Great help from Kash2011 to keep these forums as clean as possible. Never met an unfriendly Ugandan. :)

I just received a text from USPS that my package was picked up (I'm guessing by the USCIS mail boy/girl) from the Dallas P.O. Box. It sat in that cold, lonely box the whole night.

I'm ready for the Houston 10-month wait. lol
