How do I know if the site I used is IMB

I used a site called Rosebrides.com, its an international dating site, I payed for a membership(I didn't have to pay, but I didn't get some features if I didn't pay for the membership). My fiancé decided not to pay. I am wondering what specifys an IMB? Any help is much appreciated, thank you very much.

The website I used had primarily international women, but I did see american women on there too, and I know my fiancé said that there were men from other countries on there not just the US. Neither is Filipino Cupid, Match.com, Eharmony, etc, or Facebook etc. All of those you can pay also...

Ok that's good to know, because they were asking for a signed consent form, and my fiancé didn't sign any written consent form when we started emailing, she personally gave me her email in a message through Rosebrides.com. So I don't know where I would be able to get a signed consent form.

Ok, Ive been doing more reading about this and I see different responses from different people. And some people say just list it, it can't hurt, but my problem is that if I say "yes" to the IMB question I will then have to provide a signed written consent form from the IMB authorizing the release of my fiancée's information. She never signed anything, she never even payed for the site, so I world say that rosebrides is not an IMB but I fear that is if I say no to the IMB question then when I explain how we met and tell them we met on a dating website and I tell them which site in particular it may cause problems.

Notice the words( if have not met)

Describe how you met in person and check the box no as that dating site is not an IMB according to the rules

Yes we have met in person, but wouldn't they be a little suspicious as to how i knew this woman before I traveled to visit her?

I also found out that the website I used does not just have american men on it, it has men from all over the world, even peru. So that mean they are not an IMB right?

you just need to write one sentence how you met in person

and check the box no. You are correct if the site charge the same to all people it is no IMB, you are worrying for no reason this is a long process save the worrying for later

they do not care how you met as long as you met. there have been people before that just happen to meet on plane or at restaurant it does not matter how you met only that you did

Ok so I emailed the website and I got the answer. They told me that while they don't charge female members they ARE NOT considered an IMB because they don't deal with only US men, they have male members from all countries in the world. Just thought I'd let you all know what I came up with.
