Hello All Members,

We have had a letter from the NVC on February 13th, 2015 stating that our case was received and that counting from that 13th we should allow at 60 days for a review of the case. Now I am sure they are done with the review and this is what they gave us today:

*KCDXXXXXXXXXX*

27-MAR-15

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Sincerely,

Director

National Visa Center

Case Number: KCDXXXXXXXXXX

Beneficiary's Name: XXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX

Preference Category: IR1

Priority Date: 10-APR-13

United States Department of State

National Visa Center

Attn: WC

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915

U.S.A.

With reference to the priority date stated above, why should the priority date be in "2013"? Or is this the normal way? Because we are expecting any date now to be the end of the 60 days which is around 15-APR-15. Please help

Thanks in advance!

From my experience it means you have a CC (case complete) and as soon as the consulate you will be interviewed at sets up your interview date, you will be notified.

I got a letter just like that the other day

In my case, the priority date is the date we filed our I-130
