My interview date was last march23, and the conful officer told me that my visa is approved while checking my status on CEAC it shows issued then change to AP.

March 23 : interview date

March 23-25 : issued

March 26 : administrative process

Is this normal? Is anyone here has the same status??

Yes I went through this! I was in AP for 12 DAYS! I thought my world was crashing down on me and that I was going to be waiting months lol. There's two types of AP, one is simply processing the visa. You've been approved, they need to do something from the point of approval to the point of having the physical visa in your hand. That's what it means. :) The computers are working away and they'll be printing off your visa in no time.
