Ok guys, so I have two retail jobs, one at WalMart and one at jewel and both of them say they don't do letters of employment but they have a website where you can set up some kind of account where the "third party" has to go on to find your salary and stuff.....i don't know what to do...has anyone else had to use this? Does London accept this as an "employment letter?!" please help!!! xx

At my London interview all they took were the tax returns (w2)

London is pretty easy like that.

If you went on as the third party and printed off your record, I'm sure they would take it. Or use a tax return instead. You don't have to prove your income three ways to London.

We are going to have a co-sponsor (my mom), will just my pay stubs be enough if I can't get decent tax returns or letter of employment? Sorry this is a delayed response! haha(:

If your Mom is sponsoring and doing an I-134, you don't have to submit anything. No I-134 or income. London accepts a sponsor that doesn't have to be you. It's happened for many people that way and not just a one time fluke for one person.

So would it hurt or help us if I also sent an I-134 with my pay stubs along with my moms I-134 and tax returns...?

It would neither hurt nor help. The point is don't get all stressed about getting the employer letter you said you can't get just to prove you don't qualify because London will be fine with just Mom. If you want to send an I -134 and proofs then do it. They may just hand it back or they may file it.

When you adjust status, yes you have to be the sponsor and provide an I-864 and tax return even if zero income. It's a different stricter form. Mom will do the same.
