I checked my online case status today. I had biometrics done on March 17th.

Does the below mean I am inline and just waiting for the letter for the date? Is so does this suggest it will be soon?

Sorry if this question has been answered before?

Thanks

You are very lucky, USCIS is showing that they are processing at the moment applications from August 2014 in New Orleans.

You should get the letter with the interview date pretty soon.

I'm not sure if you're talking about Trakitt data or the official processing dates. The former is quite accurate, and so is the information in the VJ monthly tables. But I just wanted to point out that some of the posted USCIS processing times are not remotely accurate for N400s... just as an example, dozens of VJ members who applied over the summer were naturalized while USCIS said their offices were still processing applications from March and April.

I'm not sure how it works; perhaps if they are still working on just one application from March (because of a prolonged background check or for some other reason) then they say they are processing March applications even though they've already approved April and May applications.

I would take the New Orleans data to mean that USCIS hasn't finished all the August applications.

Just a theory.

Yes, online USCIS processing time is not accurate, it is always sooner.
