Is it faster to use an attorney or file the pettition by yourself?

in my opinion its better if you have a lawyer because i see post on vj that a lot of petitions are delayed because of missing documents,,,but when you have a lawyer its easy because they know what and how to do it the right way, ofcourse in our case its been 2 years waiting for a visa

Better off completing forms yourself and scheduling an infopass appointment to be certain they are completed with all required documentation.

I have seen posts of a people having their case delay a lot. because their lawyers gave wrong advice or send in wrong stuff. Not only is their case delay, but they pay extra money to have their case delay, that may or may not have happening have they done it themselves. I have seen more people getting faster approvals doing the process without a lawyer
