Want to divorce, K1 wife

Hello everyone,

I've been married with my wife who came with a K1 visa for over one and a half year. She currently holds a green card that will expire in 6 months. Unfortunatelly we have decided to divorce, this is our situation: We have no kids, no assets and she wants to leave the U.S. as soon as possible, so does she has to wait until the marriage is granted by the court? and, do I need to fill up any specific paperwork for this kind of situation with the USCIS? or jut leave the green card expire?

Just need to get divorced, she can leave when she wants to, she can surrender her GC.

This pertains to the final hearing, and it doesn't say that only one spouse need attend as in some states:

There is another procedure for someone who is no longer a resident. I saw the form, but it would be wise to speak with your clerk of court. You can look them up in your local phone book, call them up and go look through the different processes and see what looks best for you.
