Good Day All,

It's been 2 weeks ( March 4, 2015 and debited on the 5th) since we paid the above mentioned fees (AOS $120) and the status still shows "in process" on CEAC website.

I am worried and want to know if there are others in the same situation.

What can be done in this situation?.

I am in the same situation. They said its some issue with their system. But it can take a month. I'm still waiting for the IV bill as well. They want go over the DS-261 with me. One guy told me to call back this week.

Just get your AOS and IV package in the mail NOW. Or you wil be waiting foreer. The money will sort itself out within the 60 days of your review.

Wow! exact same situation as you guys. I paid my AOS fee on 3/03/2015 too, and it's still saying "In Process". They took the money the next day. I finally decided to call on 03/12/2015 and the rep said the same thing, they are having issues with thier payment portal. She told me she would give my case to a supervisor and that I should continue to check. it's still in Process. I have both packages ready to mail out but unfortunately for me I am still trying to sort out a sponsor or a job so I have to hold out anyway. But like Dwheels76 said mail your packages out if it's ready.

10/01/2015: Called and was informed of our INTERVIEW DATE { 29 Days after CC}......GLORY BE TO GOD ALMIGHTY!!!!!

10/11/2015: Checked CEAC site and our status changed from "At NVC" to "IN TRANSIT"

10/13/2015: Checked CEAC site again and our status changed from "IN TRANSIT" to "READY"

That means they fixed their problem

So do I. I submitted the AOS fee on Mar 3rd but it shown "IN PROCESS" almost 2 weeks. I called NVC yesterday. The representative said she would tell the supervisor to look at my case. And it just show PAID around 7pm today :dancing:
