Still only have two N/a's. I double checked my documents and everything is in order, so I am hoping there is no checklist.

? Definitely feeling down today...was hoping for more action. It gives me energy & excitement to see people getting cc's but this waiting with little or no activity really stinks! ?

I feel the same, I can't be happy for my father cc, because still waiting for my mom .

We have to believe that very soon we will see case compete

I don't understand how EP takes longer than regular mail processing? This delay, doesn't it really defeat the purpose of sending things in electronically??

Sept 2/2014 - Rec'vd copy of NOA2 - file sent to NVC

Oct 09/2014 - Rec'vd welcome letter from NVC with Case number.
Oct 10/2014 - Filled in DS-261 form
Oct 18/2014 - Paid AOS fees
Dec 24/2014 - Paid IV Fee
Dec 31/2014 - Competed and scanned DS-260 form (not sent).
Feb 4/2015 - Emailed AOS and IV packages and now the waiting begins. (Scan Date)
Mar 4/2015 - Rec'vd 60 Day Letter
Apr 1/2015 - Rec'vd Checklist (did not include preparers page) Waiting for updated I-864 papers.
Apr 6/2015 - Resent I864 (AOS) Checklist via EP. Now waiting again!!!!
Apr 16/2015 - Rec'vd 60-day notice email - alot quicker than last time.
Apr 27/2015 - Rec'vd confirmation from NVC we have a CC.

Paper filers from what I know. The latest had an attorney attached to their case.

Our AOS fee changed over night from "paid" to "N/A", hoping it is a CC and not a system glitch!

Will call as soon as they open to confirm.

Scan date for checklist was Feb. 13th.

CASE COMPLETE as for 03/25, officially confirmed by NVC rep Gina (btw a very nice one). :dancing:

Scan date (checklist) Feb. 13th.

I am so happy that there won´t be no second checklist for us. And the call was nice and smooth. I didn´t even wait on hold. I was connected within 30 seconds.
