things have been moving very quickly, if you mailed your docs in, but if you EP'd good luck.

case review means case complete....there is a column indicating checklists. some people have been checklisted very early. in other cases, very late. still no rhyme or reason to that....but this is usually the case with checklist. one never knows until it over.

good luck with your waiting.

Thanks a lot, good thing they don't have EP for my consular because given a choice I would have gone that route since it makes more sense as the quicker one.

Fingers closed and hoping for a 20 day review with no checklist please.

Not CC'd yet. We called on thursday and the rep said our docs are on supervisor review. How long it takes I don't know. .

CeeMu,

I am sorry for you but at least you got some tangible response of review instead of sitting in darkness. I am praying for you for a quicker resolve on your case. It seems to have taken some time, pole.

I hope you get through quickly too! this wait is killing us....10 months at uscis was awful...and had we known EP was going to take this long we would have gladly sent them in via mail. oh well, just got to be patient, as we don't have much of a choice.

I suggest all employees at USCIS and NVC be only the ones who have a foreign spouse and who actually know the pain...hahaaa!

I close out each day I live in this dreadful wait.

I wish they could understand how it feels to have a spouse miles and miles away, they could probably do better but as it is lets hold tight for the roller coaster journey only this is a slower one!
