Hi!

We're in the process of getting everything together for the K-1 petition being sent away. I have a couple of questions that might seem really silly, but need some advice on...

Section: Employment History.
I have been unemployed for most of the last five years. However, the one employer I did have has now closed. I worked as part of a team on a website, which is now offline, from an office which was primarily used for the owner's other company. The office is still there but only the active company is now associated with it. Should I include all of this information on an additional page or simply provide the name/address of the company I worked for as it was, even if it might be difficult to find any information on the company when it comes to someone investigating my information?

Section: Last address outside the USA for more than 1 year.
My previous address was exactly one year (12 month lease). Should this be the one I use? The address before that was more than one year.
In all areas where addresses are asked for, they require the 'City'. However, I have lived at addresses where I do not know what should be filled in here. I am currently living in a small village nowhere near a city. (My address, for example, would be 1 Happy Road, Tinyvillage, Co. Cork, Ireland) I have also lived in various areas of Dublin and am unsure if 'Dublin' or the area - which is not a city - eg 'Crumlin' - Dublin City, etc, should be entered into the City field. I am assuming that the Irish County should go in the Province/State field.

Examples:
1 Happy Road (Street and number), Tinyvillage (City), Cork (Province/State), Ireland (Country)
2 Another St (Street and Number), Crumlin (City), (Dublin (Province/State), Ireland (Country)

Would these be correct? Even though they aren't actually cities?
Finally, I cannot fit all of my past addresses of the last five years on the form, and the address of my previous employer is also too long. Should I attach two separate pages containing this information or put both sections on one page?
Please and thank you for any advice!

Why would they want to contact your employer?

Town, city, village all go in the same spot.

I don't know why they would. It was more of a "In case they do". If they wanted to make sure I worked there or something!

Thank you for that answer. Much appreciated. :)
