Hi. We filled our DS261 online on january 26th and its still not approved. We payed the AOS fee, sent all the documents, including the IV ones, yet IV bill is also still not invoiced. My wife has been trying to call the NVC every day of the past month to no avail. Could anyone tell us whats wrong and what can we do?

You have to keep calling call at opening 7am or after 11pm they are open until 12 EDT. They need to unlock it for the IV fee to appear.

yes keep calling them until you get someone on phone that will review The DS-261 form on phone for you. I had the best luck calling them as soon as they open in the mornings
