It's for spouse. Right now you should submit DS-160 (if you haven't done so already), I BELIEVE you pay the visa fee at this stage (not sure) if not then at the interview. Some consulates allow you to book medical so try emailing your embassy asking for package 3 (list of things you need to bring to the interview) and 4 (interview letter)

Here's the info page here on VJ that spells it out. You have case number you can now go to GTB bank and pay and then that receipt will allow you to schedule your interview. You can also do medical once you have interview date.

You should be collecting forms and getting your package together for interview. Congratulations.

Hello. I have the same NOA2 date as you and have a question. Were you notified by NVC or did you call them? I have not heard anything yet. I tried to call but the recording said I had to wait 35 days. Is this true?
