All of us knew that VB April 2015 for F2A was 1st August 2013. Now is time to guess for May 2015, time for August and September fillers.

Month/Day/Year

F2A

Married on 10/08/2012

I-130 sent on 09/15/2013

Priority day is 09/16/2013

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

I have called NVC 3 times from yesterday after hearing about Interview Scheduling for May for Aug PD. Every time NVC representative said your case is not available for Visa Interview they are working

For some of us that have just commenced documents reviewing at NVC, even if our case becomes current, we have to wait for case completion, before interview scheduling, August fliers and early September fliers, May is your month. Good to us all

12/04/2013 - DS-260 filled & submitted online


12/07/2013 - AOS and IV Packet sent together


01/31/2014 - Received AOS Checklist


02/26/2014 - Received AOS Checklist (this time they asked me to take it to the interview)


02/26/2014 - Together with the cheklist they wrote that they had finished reviewing my case, so this is my CASE COMPLETE DATE.


03/04/2014 - CASE COMPLETE E-MAIL


04/01/2014 - Interview Letter received


05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)


06/09/2014 - Submitted documents required in form 221g


06/10/2014 - CEAC status changed to "Ready"


06/13/2014 - Received e-mail saying I have to wait until Priority Date becomes current again for visa to be issued.


05/19/2015 - Interview date


05/22/2015 - Passport arrived


05/31/2015 - Arrived at the USA

I am certain you would get an Interview letter by the end of the month or 1st week in April. Once scheduling starts, you should call. Good luck.

I hope by May our priority date will reach it. Case is complete already Aug 24, 2013 and just waiting for the date of interview but retrogression happened. I hope it still move 5-6 weeks ?

I am so worry about VB in May 2015, my PD is 16th Sep 2013, which neans if VB move 6 weeks to reach 16Sep2013 then I will wait for June, I hope it will be better than 6 weeks so that fillers like me and Dordor can get IL

No need to be worried, MAy or June, it is almost same thing, some have many more months to wait, we can only be patient. September is not too far from August, my priority date is remaining 8 weeks to be current, I do not think it is too much, with January 2014 fliers getting AOS invoiced their priority dates are close as well. Relax a little bit. We are almost there. A French adage goes like this Petit à petit, loiseau fait son nid ( LITTLE BY LITTLE THE BIRD MAKES ITS NEST) . Cheers.

10 weeks from my PD, gettin there slowly but surely.... Our documents received on 6th march, they say it takes about 60 days for CC, anyone any idea how long its usually taking on average atm to complete the review?... Would be painful being current without CC :(...
