Visit on ESTA when already have K-1 visa

Hello - my fiancee already has her K1 visa, but won't be moving over here until the end of May (within 60 days of getting the visa). Even though she won't be moving over here until later, she would like to come visit me for a week in April through an ESTA. Will this be an issue since she already has the K1 visa in her passport? Will they make her enter with the K1?

You cannot enter on ESTA if you have the K-1 visa. The K-1 visa will be used when your fiancée enters the US the next time.

08/11/2020 -- NOA1 received in the mail

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

02/11/2021 -- Interview

she can;t do that. We have had a few rare cases where Canadians travelling by car were allowed to visit without activating the visa, but in almost all cases, you do not get a choice.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
