Hello, can you guys look at this screenshot n tell me if I filled it out correctly? It kind of confused me because they tell you to add up nr 1 to nr 7 and that'd make it 3 but that'd also Mean I count myself twice... It is he husband who is the sponsor and he is filling this form out and we are a bit confused. Thanks

You follow the instructions right there on the form in all caps and do not count anyone twice. You are counted in #1 as the person being sponsored. You will never again be counted in the sections below under 'Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit'.

The spouse box should be ZERO (because you are already counted in #1). Remember Do Not Count Anyone Twice.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
