a.I want to send CD of my wedding pictures and video as proof of my relationship with my husband ,my question is that CD is allowed or I send hard copy of pictures?

b.Birth certificates ....This Birth certificate is only for applicant ? or either Petitioner Birth certificate is include in this ?

c.In Supporting Documents there is last category ....Photocopies , Whats is the meaning of photocopies , when I already submit all required documents 's photocopy

d. I have two birth certificate , one is only in English and other one is in English and Urdu both , both have same information and notarize , so which certificate is good for submission , or either both certificate are good to submit

Supporting documents is for the intended immigrant. not for the us citizen. So birth certificate is for you

no video or cd is not allow also you do not have to submit pictures to the NVC. I do not see photocopies as category Did you mean photographs? IF you did that is referring to the passport pictures here is a link that explains what is needed

my mistake I was looking at the link I posted and not the actual cover sheet there is a photocopies category. you should be able to check Na for that as I do not think that applies in your case

Any multimedia will not be looked at. No CDs, DVDs, flash drives, etc will ever be looked at.

Photocopy of the beneficary's birth certificate only.

NVC only requires photocopies and you bring the originals to interview.

I would submit a photocopy of the english and Urdu birth certificate.

proof of relationship. your Marriage certificate should be good enough to send to NVC. Wen you go for your interview you will want to bring more pr0of such as pictures, chats, text message. For NVC just send what is require

It helps to send in more than just a marriage certificate as proof of relationship. Wedding pictures, as well as communications logs (skype, emails etc) and travel records of time(s) spent together. Send copies beforehand, take originals of everything to the interview.

yes for the USCIS stage it is good to send in pictures of chat and evidence. I think the op is at the NVC stage is it better just to send in what documents is require, to the NVC. Then take additional evidence such as more pictures and more proof of relation ship to the interview

For NVC just send bare minimum required marriage docs (copies only):

1. Urdu Nikah Nama

2. English Nikah Name

3. Marriage Registration Certificate (NADRA)

For interview at ISL:

1. Originals: nikah namas, nadra cert

2. Phone Log

3. Chat/Emails Log

4. Pictures together with friends and family etc

5. Copies of boarding passes if traveled together

6. Money transfer records

7. Joint bank statements

and anything else you think proves your relationship.. better to have more evidence at the interview.
