Hi. My mom filed a petition for me on Sept. 4,2014 but on January 28,2015 my mom got a letter from USCIS that they need a proof that I am her real daughter and asked for evidences. Because on my birth certificate I am a 1year late registered. Anyone got experience/knowledge about this case? I want to know what are the best documents to be send at the USCIS? I only just have pictures and my baptismal.

You can send the things you mentioned , is there any official ( religious or government or school ) that has known your mother and you since birth that could provide an affidavit ? They may end up asking for DNA.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If your mom's ob-gyne is still around or the hospital you were born in, you can request a copy of medical records from them.

As stated, baptismal certificate will be helpful together with early school records (pre-school or elementary). Affidavits from 2 disintrested persons too (those who were around when you were born).

Good luck!
