When do I need it? Is it just at the K-1 Interview or is it at the Adjustment of Status as well?

I plan on taking a trip in the next few months to go see my fiancee (I'm the beneficiary) and I need to know if I should obtain the Affidavit of Support on that trip from my fiancee's uncle.

You will need it for both the k1 and the adjustment of status. I would ask the uncle if he would sponsor for both the k1 and adjustment of status during the trip.

The person above me is correct. I've already completed all these steps personally and like they said, you'll need to do it for both.

The K-1 visa needs the I-134 and AOS will require the I-864.

Does the Sponsor fill out the I-134 along with the petitioner?

The USC petitioner/sponsor and the co-sponsor will each fill out their own I-134, and provide supporting documentation.
