NVC ain't answering

Is it really hard to contact the NVC? We've been calling for like an hour but they havent answer yet. Cos we want to ask our new case number cos we received alreay our NOA2. What to do next?

Timeline

Yes, just keep calling until you get through. In the evening (US time) I usually get through after approximately 10 attempts within 2 minutes. My max though is about 30 attempts to get through in about 8 minutes of dialing.

Just keep calling until the message changes letting you select an option.

The three times I called I had to retry the number about 15-20 times before I got anything but the "Due to high call volume..." message. My wait time on each call was 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I called 7:00 on the clock (am) and got through to their elevator music, waited only 15 minutes. That was on Monday. Good luck!

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)
