Well On 2/21/15 my wife's visa showed issued. Now what is next? Want to buy airplane ticket so bad I can not see straight. So tied of hurry up and wait.

Congrats!! You are almost there. The general forum recommendation is to NOT make any travel plans until your have the visa in the passport, and the passport is in your possession.

Go pick up your Visa pay the $165 online if your choose to do it now and Buy your ticket once you have Visa in hand,
