Hello VJ members,

Please it ll be nice if left over June, July and August 2013 filers share their news to know what s going on with NVC i hope at least 2 months jump or maybe more(sept...) Iam so anxious like everyone I know....

Hope 2013 filers got all their NOA2 already! I hope all 2013 pd ll be over before this summer.

My goal is to have my familly unit at least for this 2015 chrismast!

Hello , I am the petitioner , I filed for my husband in 2013 and my priority date is September 13 2013 . All my fees and documents were submitted las year and I got case complete in April 2014 . Now we're waiting on the IL .

ds3032(Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants): sent from mother's email address on 8/3/12. Approved on 8/10/12

AOS paid 8/5/12, IV paid 8/23/12.

ds230,i864ez,aos and iv receipt,documents(6 last pay stubs,job letter,beneficiary's birth certificate(certified and legalized),2 2x2 photos,police report(certified),w2 and transcripts from 2009-2011,copy of beneficiary passport.8/23/12

checklist received from NVC on 8/30/12- missing petioner's documents(marriage certificate,birth certificate,2011 transcript).

checklist sent to NVC by air on 9/1/12 to arrive on 9/4/12.

check list recieved on email 9/13/12 ( petioner INEXTENSA birth certificate and 2011 taxes transcript directly from IRS).

I definitely think that july and august 2013 end in next VB and hope for september to december the same but we can only wait Until the 10th of march ! Everybody pray or believe harddly ! Wish good news Until then!

I have been seen too many ppl saying the next vb will be for sep and nov.wich is i couldn't accept it coz there is july and august before that so they nit going to jump these months the coming vb is for sure will be for us late june and july hopefully august too.gd luck to all

Hello Adela93, I am pretty much in the same situation as you.

I am the petitioner and filed for my husband and the priority date is September 8 2013. Paid all my fees and all documents were submitted too. The case was complete in May (I think) 2014 - too many dates floating around in my head.

Really hope we get through soon.

I am not sure but if 1 year passes. your Affidavit of Support gets expired. doesnt it?

Case Complete: 02 April 2014
