NVC got my case from CSC 9 days after I got NOA2 on a friday and by monday afternoon I had a MNL number, which was 13 days after NOA2, which is average

You just have to keep trying to call, I tried 97 times one day before got I through and then a 45 minute wait on hold.

Good Luck

NVC is most likely processing your case now. Our's took 13 days to get the MNL after NOA2 approval.

Call when they open first thing in the morning. 7:05am EST. You will get through on the first one or two rings. It worked for me after similar results like yours. Also, email and use Hank's guide. Everything is there and it WORKS.

Yes eventually NVC will mail a letter. I always suggest to email NVC requesting the MNL # (also) in hopes of getting the email with your MNL # for use at SLEC
