Question About Stuff You Should Bring At Interview

Hello guys, my wife's interview is at March 9th, for FINANCIAL EVIDENCE, can I just bring the stuff I submitted to NVC( 6 months paystabs, and 2011 - 2013 tax returns), or do I need 2014 tax return or 2014 W2 at interview?

And, anyone know do I still need bring the proof of relationship evidence that I submitted to uscis? Or NVC already send those to the Guangzhou China consulate?

Bring the Kitchen Sink, We did and they would not look at anything. Instead I had to come back to the States and get Proof of Relationship Notarized and then mail them back to China and we are still in A.P. Now (over 9 Months and still waiting) . ahh

Since fiancee/spouse visa processing gives you kind of one shot

(OK...more than one shot if you count the chances they "may" give

you to submit more evidence), I think its always better to over prepare.

You guys will feel more confident going into the interview if you have

everything with you...what a nerve wrecking feeling if you start to

second guess at the last minute and think...I should have brought this and that...

And worse yet, they actually want some of those documents.

Anyone know if I need bring 2014 tax return or 2014 W2 at interview?

It won't be required as the most recent tax year until April 15th, 2015, the deadline to file for 2014.

However, it would be good proof of income for last year in case they ask for that. If you have it, why not take it. Like everyone else said it's better to be over prepared than wishing you'd brought something.

2014 taxes are NOT required until April 15th, 2015.

Anytime before that they are unnecessary. However if they're done then take the tax return transcript or entire tax return. Taking just a w2 is pointless. Taking just the 1040 is pointless. When you submit a tax return it must be the ENTIRE tax return.
