Need help before sending AOS! Please!

I have a few questions, I have a joint sponsor who filled out i864 upon filling the form out her computer wouldn't let her put a #1 for "yourself" on the household section so after she printed it she wrote a #1 in that box with a black ink pen.??

And she has two jobs is it okay that she put both occupation in the same box separated by a coma in part 6 #1 where it says "employed as a/an" ?

Will NVC issue a checklist for any of those.. I've tried calling them but there lines are always busy lately..

I might be wrong. As I know NVC they work in robotic way. I mean they just follow usual custome to give approval to AOS, anything unusual they reject. It is better not to put any comas and just put number where they have asked. Also when you send AOS send all w2s and employment proof plus tax return to NVC. when you send employment proof of two places for your joint sponsor they will understand. You can provide a letter which explain the employment situation of your joint sponsor. Then it shouldnt be problem. Simplest thing they dont understand and give checklist and they it cause people 60 days. Good luck.

As for her employment, it has two separate boxes for employers. Part 6 number 1 is what you're asking, "employed as a/an" and then number 1a. is Name of Employer #1 and number 1b. is Name of Employer #2. As long as she filled out 1a. and 1b. with the two separate employers, it would seem that answering the official occupation titles together with a comma would be okay. Of course NVC does whatever they want, so you could still call and ask. Just keep trying, you'll get through eventually.

another question do I need official bank statements from the bank or can I just print them off online and do I need 6 months or 12 months?

Are you using the bank account as an asset?

For the I-864 you need tax returns, not necessarily bank statements. Unless you are using checking or savings accounts as assets as well. The online statement is still an official statement, so it should be fine.

yes I will be including savings into my income, although my joint sponsor makes enough I still want to include every possible income.. Is 6 months okay?

I'm not sure. I couldn't find anything in the I-864 instructions. I would assume 6 months is probably okay.
