Ideas around packaging i129f/skype.chat/email logs

Hello Everyone.

This might be dumb question ,but just curious

If a relationship proof is available of last 2 years .that proof is in form of chats/skype/phones/email logs.

How do you put those things together is it

Let suppose i provide 5 pages for each call/chats/skype logs 2014, 2013

Should i make cover for each and put

1 file > skype 2014 > 5 pages

2> >calls 2014 > 5 pages

3> chats 2014 5 pages

or 1 file 2014 and mix them and order by months.

if some one has good example or better idea i will be happy to follow that .

i just included the 1st, 15th and last day of every month on our chat logs. Since we are in contact for more than 3 years it will take a lot of pages for our chat logs.

i think as long as you can prove ongoing communication it wont matter. for the last month covered on our petition i included 2 chat logs every week.

im not sure how everyone here does it but in our case i did it this way.

Also, in our skype logs I include some screenshots of us on video call. like 5 of them. For email, i just screenshot the sent item and inbox showing his name on it.

We did similar as above suggestions for both Facebook messages, emails, Viber and Skype log and it world great.

But how do you packaged that as you said you were in contact for almost 3 years

you many have send EMails/ Skype logs and phone records

When you assempbles those records

Do you separate your

2014 one file for skype

2014 2nd files for emails

2014 3 rd file phones records

or you make 1 file for 2014 and mix your chat/email/phones records and make 1 file for 2014 so as for 2013 and beyond..

i make separate files on each type of messaging. say, facebook. I screenshot the dates we started talking from the last day available. I assemble it by starting on the past messages to most recent. just be sure the dates are visible.

i also include facebook posts and statuses that he tagged me and people that commented on it.

I think you can arrange it in ascending or descending order. but in our case i arrange it on descending, starting from the past. but i did not separate it on each year just by type of messaging used. i just put a title on the separate page, say, facebook messages. also, dont forget to include in your screenshot the name of messaging app used.

If I was you I would use a few different months.

Chose the best parts of conversations from a few dates within those months. Screen shot or copy and paste. And then put them in order.

This is what we did.

I chose 6 months worth. But I put 2/3 days worth of conversations from each month.

About two screenshots each from my whatsapp.

I chose the best conversations that showed we were in love and talking about our life together and what we were going to do.

Always pick QUALITY over quantity.

Ps. I only used my whatsapp conversations. No Facebook no Skype. And I got no RFE and no problems at the interview.

I separated my evidence into sections . The first one was the most it was from FB I divided into two sub sections ,one section had some message with a copy of my homepage on top, that had a picture of me and my wife. the 2nd section had some more messages with a copy of her home page with a different picture of me and her. I also included some screen shots of me and her chatting on cam

2nd section I use for text message on cell phone

3rd section I use for other chats that we had use ,but mainly me and my wife text everyday and chat on FB webcam when we can

4th section was for hotel receipts and airlines flights receipts , and boarding passes

5th section was for receipts of gifts that I bought her including engagement ring and wedding ring receipt

The proof of legitimacy of the relationship relates to the content of the evidence. That evidence should show, to a total stranger, the Embassy CO, that you two have a proper relationship. Most relationships follow a normal course of events.....the getting to know you phase, the interested in each other phase, the discussions about likes and dislikes, the discussion about getting together, the discussion about marriage and life together, the discussions of the visa process, the discussions about planning for a new life here....

So you want evidences of those stages of your relationship. Mere communication is useless if all you talk about is video games, etc. Only showing I Love Yous is not discussing the relationship.

You want to show that you seriously discussed the relationship and life together.

As said quality counts VS quantity just to provide some more clear in my previous feedback . I was simply looking for how to arrange different aspects of documents in regards to that if some one has good example that what i was looking for and i got those answers

Personally I arranged my evidences in chronological order. I also included a short letter describing the evolution of our relationship and referred to the evidences. So my emails and Skype screenshots and SMS text logs and photos, etc were in chronological order.....rather than grouping all the types together. This way, my opinion, the reviewer (Embassy CO) could scan through all and see how our relationship developed, etc.

So in my package one would have found emails first, then photos and receipts from our meeting in person, then emails and text messages then Skype Screenshots, then more emails, then photos of them with flowers I sent for Womens Day and then receipts and photos of educations items I sent them, then more emails, then health insurance receipts for temporary insurance until we wed then day care info, etc.
