AOS: tax transcript

Hello,

I am confused on I-864ez form. Two questions. Please Help:

1. In number 18. that is asking about my individual annual income. Is that will be what I am making know (amount listed on employee verification latter) or last year 2013 total income? Because I am going to submit my 2013 tax form as current tax.
2. I am going to submit last three years 2011/12/13 tax transcripts, do I still have to submit tax 1040 forms and W2s with that?

Use your current income. They understand that people cant submit the 2014 tax info.

The tax transcripts for those 3 years will be sufficient. They replace the other items you describe so no need to duplicate.

Maybe not but if you were dealing with the embassy in Nepal would you do it or take a chance on a decision based on less info?

That blanket statement is simply wrong. Giving info that isn't required nor asked for can lead to a lot of problems.

You can send the AOS and IV (supporting documents) as I and others have done. Make sure you put them in one package (send them together) in separated marked envelopes.
