Just going over this packet w a fine toothed comb hoping to avoid the dreaded RFE...Do I need to send in a G-325A with passport pics along w my husbands? (I'm the USC)

And....with the I-131 the supplement letter is not necessary for multiple entries? Reconfirming

Scream! This process is making me second guess everything in the packet. Lol

Hi soydeel! G-325A is only for the Non US Citizen spouse and attach the passport pictures to it.

For I-131, not sure about your question but if it helps, I just followed the example form here in visajourney so you might want to check and compare with what you have? http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-131.pdf

Thanks PauPau

The case numbers are for:

One case number for fingerprint for form I-485

One case number for I-130

One case number for I-765

The $1070 and $420 fees have been debited today. So I assume we're good to go.

I didn't send the I-693 yet. Still need to get a checkup and compile vacc records. I assume that the medical info RFE can be provided at or before the interview and it isn't necessary for EAD / AP.

My nerves are a wreck. Back on the journey. Omg the stress of it all. At least this time we are together!!!!!! So the waiting won't be nearly as painful. ?❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Delivery should be on Monday but I don't know if it's a holiday there which I'm assuming it is so then Tuesday the 17th. Either date us a lovely date so who cares. Looking to hear back by first week of March. Fingers and toes crossed.

FYI all, I called USCIS and confirmed that we should be getting a separate case number for I-131 and that it's not combined with the EAD. They said that separate applications are sent off to different people to process, despite being sent in the same package, and that this is the reason that some notifications go out sooner than others. Was told to call back if not received within 2 weeks of application.

We just sent in our DS-3025, after researching what was required I think we should be okay with just that. Fingers crossed!

Never got the I-131 email notice. So what I did is called customer support and tried the next number in sequence to get case status. It matched what i am expecting as does the receipt date. I should get the hard copy sent then.

Call center wasn't taking calls so I may call later in the week just to ensure it's my case
