Just checking that you know what is involved with the I 601, much more than is needed for an expedite request.

thank you so much for the support and I do have a well-put-together waiver I got a lot of help from this website and immigrate to us website it's about 10 to 11 pounds of support though the expedite I made short and sweet so as not to overwhelm them with the reason for the expedite. I called the USCIS today and I spoke with an immigration officer and explain my situation. After I gave her my receipt number she put me on hold and after 3 to 4 minutes said once they send you the information that they have received your file please call me back and we will expedite your Waiver

Waiver mailed January 17th

Waiver received January 18th

Waiver received from Phoenix to Nebraska Center January 27th

Waiver approved February 17th!!!!!!

this is for a 601 waiver no lawyer assistance and the reason for the expedite is because I need two surgeries one is pre cancer related in addition to I am also bipolar with PSTD and panic disorder and severe depression.

yes thank you so much for that I had been planning and working on this for the last 10 months including all of my documentation documentation from all of my medical visits as well as affidavits and my financial situation a letter from my daughter's father saying she cannot go to Morocco, pretty much anything that you can think of that I have read on this website you all have helped me so much and helped me write a really good waiver thank you so much.

Waiver mailed January 17th

Waiver received January 18th

Waiver received from Phoenix to Nebraska Center January 27th

Waiver approved February 17th!!!!!!

this is for a 601 waiver no lawyer assistance and the reason for the expedite is because I need two surgeries one is pre cancer related in addition to I am also bipolar with PSTD and panic disorder and severe depression.

yes I am waiting on the receipt notice at this point. When I called a couple of days ago I spoke to someone on level one who was able to take my request for an expedite but I think I'm going to call back on Monday anyway and still ask to speak with an immigration officer because that's what I was told to do.

they sent me a text message for days after it was received web the new receipt number but its just not in their system yet
