Please I need help on what documents to get from our sponsor and if he is making 30 to 40 grand per year ... will he be able to do our sponsor .. he does not have any dependant and my wife does not have any dependant too. Just wanna be sure we Re sending out the right documents ... thans

He needs to fill out and sign I-864 and his most recent tax transcript (2014 tax is needed because by the time you have your interview, it is most likely 2014 tax is due), proof of his citizenship or greencard. Good luck.

But he has not even filled for this year tax and I though I read from here that 2013 tax transcript can still work .. cos we are mailing out the application. ASAP.... and will the 30 to 40 grand cover me and my son. Thanks

From my understanding yes, but if you have an interview after 4/15 you will need to show 2014 transcripts. . Good luck...

You need to hurry because

1. 2015 Poverty guidelines will be coming out 1st week in March and everyone will be under that going forward. and

2. Usually NVC starts asking for current year taxes about mid Match not April 15th. And you have to understand even though you got that into NVC the embassy still may want to see current year taxes done its their call. So it should still be done and ready just in case.

Their proof of his citizenship, naturalization or LPR (greencard).
