I want to use 2014 as the most recent year in the AOS form. I made almost 46k in 2014 and only my wife is on the petition so household size of 2.my question is is it ok to send only the tax transcript of 2014.did any body send only most recent tax transcript and was asked for other two previous years or they approved with only the most recent year?

If you've already filed your taxes you can do this if you choose. They may ask you for 2013 however, I really don't know. But as last year's and currently you make more than enough, I cannot see it being an issue, especially because you're not in a country that requires the last 3 years to be above.

Thank u NLR .i have not filed taxes for 2014 yet will be filing next week after I got my w2.so Nepal consulate doesn't need three years transcript. Is that what u mean? I just did choice of agent and paid my AOS fees but IV fees is also invoiced for me but I'm waiting for my w2 . Once I received it I will do my AOS form and my ds260

I don't think I've ever seen someone from Nepal saying they had to send the 3 years. Some countries require all 3 years to be above the poverty guidelines (not necessarily see the tax returns but that all 3 years be above the guidelines), but I don't recall ever seeing that for Nepal. You can check in your local forum if you want to double check.
