Yes, it is the 797 approval notice of action from your I-129F petition. > http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=4&pid=13#top_display_media

For the translation, most people try to stick as close as they can to the original layout of the document as they translate it. Be sure to include this certification by whomever does the translation > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

See this post about the DS-3025 > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232

Yes the fee is $1070. There is no fee for the I-765 and I-131 when filed with a pending I-485. The EAD/AP combo card will take about 60-90 days to receive.

We are submitting our AOS about a week after the 90days expired as well. Did you change anything on the forms where it ask about current immigration status? Or is it correct to still list it as k-1 visa?

You still put K-1 visa holder. There is no deadline to file as long as you married within 90 days of entry, so no such thing as 'filing late' when adjusting from a K-1. Everything is the same as in the guide and example forms here on VJ.

Hi you guys! I have a quick question does the translate birth certificate has to be notarized or I can just translate it without the notarization? Please help

USCIS states that it has to be a certified translation, not neccesarily notarized. I notarized mine just to be on the safe side. This is from the USCIS website under general filing instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

Signature_________________________________

Date Typed Name

Address
